Vinification: Carefully harvested grapes are immediately soft pressed, cooled and filtered. The mousse is the result of natural fermentation in a pressurized tank. Bottling is done under pressure.

History: the Cascina Castèt family estate comprises 31 hectares of vineyards in Costigliole d'Asti. Mario Borio took over this from their father in 1970.
