Notes: Straw yellow color, intense nose with notes of tropical fruits and flowers. Fresh and soft on the palate, savory and full-bodied.
Pairing: With seafood, medium-ripe cheeses, white meats.
Vinification: Short cold maceration followed by soft pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks with its own indigenous yeasts for about 30 days. Aging in steel tank for about 4 months.
Producer LUNARIA
It all began in 2005 when some members of Cantina Orsogna, already committed to organic farming, took up the v idea of cultivating the vineyards according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture and sharing the importance of protecting their territory, their experiences, their families and their traditions. The vineyards are located in Orsogna and in the surrounding municipalities, on the slopes of the Majella National Park, 15 km as the crow flies from the Adriatic Sea, just a stone's throw from the Trabocchi Coast. This region has a particularly ventilated milkro climate that does not allow massive production of grapes and allows us to reduce the use of pesticides and invasive treatments. The wines of the Lunaria line are all Demeter certified.
