Notes: The grapes for this Millesimato sparkling wine come from selected plots of the hills near Asolo and are strictly selected. The particularly long natural fermentation allows a rich extraction of fruity notes and a fine, long-lasting perlage.
Vinification: fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks. 2nd fermentation in pressurized tanks with final filtration.
